Ana Crnilovic Phillips is off counsel with Crnilovic Law Offices. She is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts. Ana's areas of practice include Criminal law (including driving under influence of alcohol); Family law, (including divorces, child support, child custody, alimony); Civil Litigation (including Personal Injury and Auto accidents); Estate Planning (drafting Wills, Trusts, Living Wills, General Power of Attorney, Health Care Power of Attorney); and Workers Compensation. Ana received a Juris Doctor degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, New Hampshire. Ana also received a Master of Intellectual Property (MIP) degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center. In her undergraduate studies Ana focused on Finance and Math. She received a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management from Franklin Pierce College in Rindge, New Hampshire with High Honors. Ana was awarded “Who is Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges” recognition award, and also “Among All American Scholars Collegiate” recognition award. Prior to her joining Crnilovic Law Offices Ana worked at following Law Firms: “McDonald and Kanyuk”, Concord, New Hampshire; “Gallagher Callahan & Gartrell”, Concord, New Hampshire; “Cushing and Dolan”, Boston, Massachusetts; and at “Winer and Bennett”, Nashua, New Hampshire. Besides having built her career experience by working at various law firms, Ana have a corporate legal experience from working at American Tower Corporation in Woburn, Massachusetts, concentrating on license and contract law. Ana, have also worked as Financial Service Representative at “John Hancock”, Boston, Massachusetts, and at “MassMutual”, Nashua, New Hampshire. Ana Crnilovic Phillips was born and grew up in Belgrade, Serbia and Montenegro, former Yugoslavia. Ana came to United States on tennis scholarship at Franklin Pierce College, Rindge, New Hampshire, where she was a New England Tennis Champion. In addition to representing her College in tennis she was also on College Skiing team and Crew team, and on various Intramural team. Ana was awarded Intramural Athlete of the Year in her Junior and Senior year of College. Ana was also a volunteer big sister and an active member in “Big Brother Big Sister” program. Ana’s present hobbies and activities include playing organized soccer and ice hockey, skiing, ballroom dancing, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.
